Brigade Real Estate Accelerator Program (REAP) is Asia’s first PropTech focused Accelerator Program. Started in October 2016, the main objective of the Accelerator Program is to understand the challengesfaced by the RE industry and then identify, nurture and validate solutions by innovative startups thatcan then catalyse the rapid adoption of technology by the sector, helping deliver significant costsavings, revenue maximistaion and overall process e!ciencies.The technology application focus is IoT, Big Data, Cleantech & Renewables, Nano Technology, VisualComputing, Sustainability, Supply Chain & Logistics.With over 1600 applications till date, Brigade REAP, through its rigorous evaluation process hasmentored 33 startups across 7 cohorts, till date (August 2020) .These include startups across diverse applications such as Home Automation, Urban Landscaping,Water Conservation, Virtual Reality, Air Quality Monitoring, Construction Site Management, Renovation,Perimeter Fencing, Last Mile Delivery, Sewage Treatment, Radiation Detection & Reduction, ParkingManagement, Rapid 3D Modelling, Security Management, etc.Through its well-established network of over 50 veteran mentors, domain experts, investor access,deep industry relationships, corporate partnerships, access to a structured program, & the expertiseof in house mentors, REAP startups are adding value to India’s Real estate developers- both bigand small.The first cohort of Brigade REAP went live in October 2016 and today the Accelerator is running its 8thCohort in the program and has had 40 startups going through the program so far.
