Nathan lived and worked in the United States and Kuwait with corporate and individual clients worldwide, including the Indian sub-continent, North America, the UK, Europe, North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East Asia, and Japan. Nathan is a Registered Valuer under the Companies Act, India and the co-founder and Board member of Seshadri Nathan Securities Pvt. Ltd., India and Open Quiver Consulting LLC, USA focusing on strategic financial consulting, startup funding, and investing. He was also the founding Managing Director of JRSCA Consulting and Advisory Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru based consulting company with offices in Kerala and Chennai; he has been Director of the Board for Eurosia BIM Services Pvt. Ltd and is currently a Director of QHI Private Ltd. He is also associated with Mauritius and European consulting firms.He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder and has an Executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode from their Kochi campus with Strategy and Marketing electives.
